Return Policy

Return Conditions

1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Ntyake products.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send it back to the warehouse of the logistics company and manufacturer, we will not take responsibility for that.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs; No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

For products with unsuitable sizes, we support exchange services, and customers only need to pay the corresponding exchange fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
